Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 7 to 13 business days after dispatch. That is usually 8 to 16 business days from order to doorstep, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Where do you ship?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with tags attached. Email info@holtandcrane.com to start a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
