Our promises to you
We tell you the truth. If a piece runs small or a fabric needs a little care, we say so in the description. And where we don't yet have measurements or a verified fibre composition from the maker, we say that too rather than guess.
We stand behind every order. Thirty days from purchase to return anything that isn't right, on unused items in original condition. Returns are approved by email and resolved with store credit or an exchange — and if something arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, you get your money back. Ask us before you buy. If you're unsure about a size or a fabric, email us first. A two-minute answer beats a return every time, and we would much rather help you choose than process a parcel back.
