Shipping Policy

At Holt & Crane, we want your order to reach you smoothly and with no surprises. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate standard shipping charges added within our supported delivery regions.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During new launches, sales, and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Delivery times

Once processed and dispatched, standard orders typically arrive within 7 to 13 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 8 to 16 business days, depending on your location and any factors outside our control.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, high-demand periods, or remote delivery locations can extend delivery beyond the typical window.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@holtandcrane.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within our supported regions. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out before ordering and we will be glad to confirm.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For the vast majority of orders, the price at checkout is all you pay. In the rare event that a destination applies import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, these are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Orders with multiple items

If your order contains more than one item, items may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you will never be charged extra shipping.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@holtandcrane.com right away and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Delayed, lost, or stuck shipments

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution — whether that is a reshipment or a refund where appropriate.
