Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Holt & Crane. If something is not right, we are here to make it straightforward. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.
Our 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or damage that were not present on arrival may not qualify for a full refund.
How to start a return
To begin, email us at info@holtandcrane.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you clear instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return and replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order. If you need a hand, email us and we will guide you through it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale and non-returnable. Any such items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase. Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@holtandcrane.com. Because we process orders quickly, we can only guarantee changes before an order has been dispatched.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check again with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@holtandcrane.com and we will help.
